Merchant was very prompt in giving updates of status. As my order was placed during MCO, I was being notified that there would be a potential delay in shipping. And eventhough it was just a towel (non-fragile), it was still wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent any dent to the box.
The towel was also in very good condition. It was larger than I expected and the superhero was sewn on very well. Haven’t tried out the absorption of the towel but overall really well done!
